These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the syntrell.io website and the messaging, scheduling, and automation services provided by Syntrell ("we," "us," "our"). By using our website or interacting with our messaging services, you agree to these Terms.
SMS messaging program terms
Program description. Syntrell sends appointment scheduling, confirmation, and follow-up text messages on behalf of participating businesses to individuals who previously inquired about their services and provided a phone number.
Message frequency varies depending on your conversation and scheduling activity. Message and data rates may apply; charges are billed by your mobile carrier.
Opt out at any time by replying STOP. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out, after which no further messages will be sent. Reply HELP for help, or contact contact@syntrell.io.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
Consent
By providing your phone number in a service inquiry to a participating business, you consent to receive text messages related to that inquiry, including appointment scheduling and follow-up. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the operation of our systems, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any accounts, systems, or data.
Services and availability
We strive to keep our services available and accurate, but they are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Appointment availability shown in messages is subject to the participating business's actual calendar and may change.
Intellectual property
All content on syntrell.io, including text, design, graphics, and software, is the property of Syntrell or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Syntrell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the website or services, including undelivered or delayed messages or scheduling errors. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Syntrell harmless from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the services.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wake County, North Carolina.
Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
